Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell apparently enjoyed a romantic Valentine's Day together, filled with gifts and cute photos.

As breakup rumors continue to swirl, The Bachelor couple is doing everything possible to refute them.

On Valentine's Day, Bushnell shared an image on Snapchat of a brown paper bag stuffed with hot pink tissue paper and a picture of Higgins' emoji resting against the gift. Bushnell added a heart emoji on the bag, which was placed on The Bachelor couple's kitchen table in their Denver, CO, home, Us Weekly reported.

Higgins, 28, also posted an Instagram photo on February 14 of the pair cuddling together with the following caption: "Each and everyday is Valentine's Day."

In addition, Bushnell, 27, uploaded a picture on Instagram of the couple enjoying a night out. The former flight attendant was dolled up in a peachy-beige bodycon dress, a fuzzy grey jacket and black thigh-high boots. Higgins looked handsome in dark blue jeans, a light blue button-down shirt and black suit jacket.

"I'm so glad someone made up this holiday because it's one of my faves," Bushnell captioned the cute photo late Tuesday night.

The former Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? stars are clearly putting on a united front after spending some time apart.

Recent rumors of a split surfaced when Bushnell was photographed enjoying the weekend of January 19 in Nashville with a few of her male and female friends from The Bachelor franchise; however, Higgins was nowhere to be found.

Bushnell then traveled to Mexico with her mother and sister a week later, again without Higgins -- and surprisingly without her 4.25-carat Neil Lane diamond engagement ring, according to her Instagram.

Higgins recently bashed "fake news" and said he's "extremely lucky" to share his life with Bushnell in light of reports the couple called it quits. However, sources continue to claim Higgins and his fiancee don't get along and their relationship is crumbling, with one insider insisting they did indeed break up but aren't ready to go public with the news yet.

"They couldn't agree on many life decisions. Ben was constantly trying to make Lauren love life in Colorado, and Lauren couldn't stand it. She missed Los Angeles and wanted to move back, but knew that wasn't an option," one source explained to Life & Style.

"They had been putting on a front for months, pretending to be happy for the [Happily Ever After?] show, and Lauren got sick of it. She got sick of sitting at home being an 'almost housewife' to Ben."

Higgins and Bushnell were set to wed in a televised special for ABC, but once the bride-to-be got the ball rolling on wedding plans, an overwhelmed Higgins got cold feet and eventually called the wedding off much to Bushnell's dismay. Higgins wanted to get to know Bushnell better before they took the big leap of getting married.
