Bachelor in Paradise star Brian Autz has revealed if he regrets telling Bailey Taylor Brown about Jeremy Simon's feelings for Susie Evans and if he wishes he had handled anything differently.

"No," Brian replied.
"Do I think it began to put me in the crosshairs and start to hurt [Parisa Shifteh] and I's odds at winning the bag of $500k? Yeah. But we start maneuvering in a way that helps us later on."

On Bachelor in Paradise's latest Season 10 episode, Brian let Bailey know that Jeremy had said he regretted not giving Susie Evans his rose.
Not only did Brian tell Bailey that Jeremy had called Susie on the phone and begged for her to return to Paradise, but he also dropped the bombshell that Jeremy had said he'd propose to Susie on the spot if she ever came back.
Given Bailey and Jeremy were a strong couple over a month into their Paradise journey, Bailey broke down into tears and threatened to quit the show when $500,000 was still on the line.
Most of the cast was angry at Brian for betraying Jeremy and breaking "bro code," but Paradise bartender Wells Adams pointed out how Bailey deserved to know the truth and Brian was the only one who had done the right thing.
Brian also faced backlash and was nearly voted out of the Bachelor in Paradise cast during the Rose Ceremony that aired on Monday, August 11. (In the end, Golden couple Faith Martin and Kim Buike were eliminated).
When Andrew Spencer appeared on "The Viall Files" earlier this week, he explained how the cast had an issue with Brian's timing.
"I think the biggest thing that everyone's not really seeing is how long [Brian] knew about this knowledge and the timing in which he brought it up," Andrew explained to Nick on the podcast's August 12 episode.
"When the money and the competition became a thing, [he was like], 'Oh, I think this is a good time for me to tell Bailey!' That doesn't make any sense to me."

"I did think about it from a leverage perspective when Jeremy and Bailey had the power of the rose to potentially send me home the week prior," Brian revealed, referring to the Rose Ceremony that ended with Leslie Fhima and Gary Levingston's elimination.
"But I was like, 'I don't want to go about it that way. I think that's the wrong way to go about it. I think Jeremy and I have a good enough relationship that he's not going to send me home.'"

And then when the cast had the "secret rendezvous" opportunity, Brian said it seemed like "a good time" to break the bad news to Bailey.
"There wouldn't be all eyes on us to have the conversation with her," Brian explained.
Brian alleged that everyone else in the cast -- including Andrew, Spencer Conley and Alexe Godin -- were "scared" to tell Bailey the truth and potentially ruin her romance with Jeremy.
Nick suggested that Brian could have forced Jeremy or one of Bailey's friends to tell Bailey.

Brian told Nick that approaching the situation in that way was "valid."
But Brian continued, "It's still giving people an ultimatum. And I really don't think Alexe is the type of person to create that conflict. She's scared of that type of conflict."
Brian claimed that if he had tried to force that situation, he'd still be creating conflict with his co-stars.
"To be honest, I'm really the only person that was willing to do it," Brian said.
"With Jeremy, pinning him into an area of, 'Listen, I'm going to tell her if you don't tell her,' it kind of leads to a similar outcome in terms of, like, the backlash from his perspective."

Brian said if he had threatened Jeremy or any of Bailey's friends to speak up, he probably "would've ended up in the same place."
The Bachelorette 21 alum therefore concluded, "I stand by what I did."
When Bailey confronted Jeremy about Brian's claims on the show, Jeremy promised Bailey that he really cared for her and only had eyes for her.
Jeremy also denied ever saying that he'd propose marriage to Susie if she came back to Paradise.
Bailey ended up forgiving Jeremy and the pair decided to move forward in Paradise together.
