E! News announced Monday it plans to air a one-hour special featuring the daughter and ex-boyfriend of the late Hollywood starlet Anna Nicole Smith.
"The death of international celebrity phenom Anna Nicole Smith and the subsequent custody battle over her daughter Dannielynn made headlines around the globe," a synopsis said.
"Now, six years later, Dannielynn's father, Larry Birkhead, opens up exclusively to E! about where his life is now and the decisions he must make regarding his family's future. This is Larry Birkhead at his most candid, as he shares with viewers an intimate and revealing look inside his life with Dannielynn."
Smith -- a model, actress and television personality -- died of combined drug intoxication in 2007. She was 39.
