The 33-year-old television personality and 30-year-old professional dancer, who competed against each other on Season 23 on "Dancing with the Stars," celebrated an early Halloween following dating rumors.

Rose wore a red wig and bedazzled top and bottom as a zombie version of Ariel from "The Little Mermaid," while Chmerkovskiy went as a creepy ghoul.

Rose shared photos the next day on Instagram, including a picture of herself and Chmerkovskiy getting close.

"We take Halloween seriously #happyhalloween costume by @calicr8," she captioned the snapshot.

The former "Dancing with the Stars" competitors were first linked in October after they got cozy at Rose's 33rd birthday party.

People reported the pair were "giggly" on a dinner date a few days later, although sources told "Entertainment Tonight" the stars aren't romantically involved.

"Val and Amber are not dating," an insider said, adding that Chmerkovskiy is actually seeing fellow "Dancing with the Stars" pro Jenna Johnson.

"He just loves the attention, and that's why he doesn't care if the media spreads those rumors."

Rose and Chmerkovskiy's brother, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, were partnered on "Dancing with the Stars" Season 23.

The pair were eliminated on the Oct. 17 episode, while Chmerkovskiy and partner Laurie Hernandez remain in competition.
