Alleged Paris Hilton prowler charged with attempted burglary felony

A man was charged with a felony for allegedly trying to break into socialite Paris Hilton's home, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said.

Nathan Lee Parada, 31, was charged with one count of attempted residential burglary with a person present after his arrest early Tuesday, the Los Angeles Daily News reported. Hilton reported the incident to police after seeing someone prowling around her Beverly Hills home.
Parada is being held on $50,000 bail and could face up to six years in state prison if convicted, the newspaper said.
