The Maroon 5 frontman and "The Voice" coach purchased the home in 2005 for $3.195 million and had been leasing it out for $10,000 a month.

Real Estalker blog reported Levine sold the home in an off-market deal known as a pocket listing.

The remodeled Midcentury Modern-style home features a separate guest unit, two interior fireplaces, a home theater, an exercise room, a security system, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the Times said.

The home sits on a half-acre lot and has an outdoor fireplace, swimming pool and spa.

Levine bought a $4.83 million ranch-style house in October in the Beverly Crest area, the newspaper said.
