According to ABC, bachelor Aaron Buerge will reveal "unguarded behind-the-scenes moments" about his experience on the popular reality series "The Bachelor" on ABC Family's special week long presentation of THE BACHELOR: SPECIAL EDITION December 29 - January 4. The first five episodes will air Sunday, December 29 - Thursday, January 2 (10:00 - 11:00 PM ET/PT). On Friday, January 3, the sixth one-hour episode airs at 9:00 PM ET/PT, followed by the "Women Tell All" one-hour special at 10:00 PM ET/PT. The season finale airs Saturday, January 4 (9:00 - 11:00 PM ET/PT).

Shot from his hometown of Springfield, MO, Aaron Buerge will disclose secrets about his romantic experience and surprise viewers with brand new revelations that the camera didn't catch. He will answer the real questions viewers have been wondering about. Did anything surprise him about what was really going on at the women's villa when he wasn't around? When did he know he would propose to Helene? How did he feel when he saw how upset Brooke was about not getting the final rose?

The first repurposing of "The Bachelor," which aired this past summer on ABC Family, brought over 1.5 million new viewers to the channel. The finale of the second season of "The Bachelor" soared to nearly 26 million viewers when it aired November 20 on the ABC Television Network. The popular series gives one lucky man and 25 lucky women the unique opportunity to find true love. After an extensive nationwide search, Aaron was revealed as one of America's most eligible bachelors. In the premiere episode, he was introduced to the women and faced with the daunting task of selecting 15 whom he would like to know better. During the subsequent episodes, via a series of dates and social gatherings, the number of romantic hopefuls continued to narrow until he finally chose and proposed to Helene Eksterowicz of Gloucester City, NJ.
