A&E has announced it has renewed Sell This House for a seventh season.

Sell This House will continue to follow host Tanya Memme and resident designer Roger Hazard as they offer viewers and homeowners real-life experience and advice on how to make a sale and maximize returns.

"In the current real estate market, Sell This House is even more pertinent than ever, because it demonstrates how to get the most out of your investment in your home," said A&E programming executive Robert Sharenow.

Each Sell This House episode begins with a homeowner getting an inside look at what potential buyers think of their home via hidden cameras.  The house is then transformed on a budget before buyers are brought back to offer feedback on the changes.

A&E has ordered 13 half-hour episodes of Sell This House, which are currently slated to debut in 2009 as part of the network's "The Big Fix" Saturday night programming lineup.

In addition to Sell This House, A&E also announced Keyshawn Johnson: Tackling Design -- a new reality series that will follow the former NFL star as he tests his skills as an interior designer -- will air as part of "The Big Fix" programming block in 2009.

Sell This House is produced for A&E by Screaming Flea Productions.
