By Christopher Rocchio and Steve Rogers, 03/03/2008

A&E has announced Flip This House's fourth season, which will continue to follow real-estate moguls as they buy homes and quickly renovate them before selling them for a profit, will premiere Saturday, March 15 at 11PM ET/PT.

Third-season cast members returning for Flip This House's fourth installment are former NFL player Nathaniel "Than" Merrill, who flips homes in New Haven, CT with his older brother JD, childhood friend Paul Esajian, and the rest of his employees at CT Homes; as well as Armando Montelongo and his wife Veronica, general contractor Randy Burch and project manager Brent Holt, who renovate homes in the San Antonio, TX market.

While Flip This House's fourth season will also continue to follow a real-estate team in Atlanta, GA -- it won't be Angie and Harris Wilford, the husband and wife team who were part of the show's third edition.

Instead, the show's Atlanta episodes will focus on Peter Pasternack, the CPA and founder of Foundations Investment Group, and Brian Trow, his partner.  Avenue Realty associate broker Candice Posey will also be part of the Atlanta team.

Flip This House's fourth season will also add a fourth market to the show: Los Angeles.  The Los Angeles episodes will follow Rudy Martinez and his team at Piedmont Financial, including project manager Carlos Vazquez and architect/designer Mary O'Grady.

Flip This House is produced for A&E by Departure Films.
