90 Day Fiance star Tiffany Franco has revealed she's lost 16 pounds and is showing off her post-baby body on social media.

When a fan asked Tiffany how much weight she's recently lost in an Instagram Q&A session, Tiffany replied, according to In Touch Weekly, "16 lbs total but have a lot more to go!!!"
This past weekend, Tiffany also posted a flattering photo of herself in a tight black velour sweatshirt and matching pants on Instagram.
Support and encouraging words poured in from Tiffany's friends and followers, but there were a couple of haters, one of whom Tiffany decided to put in his or her place.
"56 [inch] hips. Ok skinny where," the hater wrote.
But Tiffany fired back, "I'm skinny does that make you upset when I say that? How does it make you feel when I say I'm in love with me? And that I enjoy myself and looking at myself? Does it cause you to feel angry? If it does you probably hate yourself and have a deep desire to love yourself."
"However I advise you to not project that onto me," Tiffany added. "What you feel towards yourself has nothing to do with me."
Tiffany reportedly also told her fans she's more "determined" than ever to be her healthiest self.
"I don't cheat. I don't give up," Tiffany explained, In Touch reported.

"I just keep going. I need to be healthy. I need to be active and when you keep that mentality, no matter what you will lose the weight."

"I have been overweight as far as I can remember since early childhood," Tiffany wrote in her Instagram Stories at the time.
"And overweight is not even the problem. The problem is unhappy. I want to be healthy. I'm tired [of] everyone promoting unhealthy unrealistic dieting. I want to do this in a way I am not miserable."
Tiffany continued, "I want to feel full of energy, full of life, and I want to know I'm doing the right things for ME and something my kids can be proud of."
One month later, Tiffany shared a little bit more about her progress.
"Okay guys, I've been working so hard these last couple months and I'm so excited to say that I'm the happiest I've been in years... I know it's not always easy getting up in the morning, especially as a mom. A trick I've learned is filling my morning with things that excites me," Tiffany captioned a photo of herself.

"This is my 3rd month of consistency and I can't believe how amazing I've been feeling. Struggling with bloating and low energy has always been an issue for me but since sticking with my detox and making little adjustments in life, I don't think I could ever go back."

Tiffany was a 27-year-old from Frederick, MD, and Ronald was a 29-year-old from South Africa when they starred on the debut season of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way.
90 Day Fiance: The Other Way aired last year and followed American citizens moving across the globe and living in foreign countries for the sake of love and their future partners.
The Americans had 90 days to wed in order to stay in their new countries, and Tiffany and Ronald's October 20, 2018 wedding was shown on the TLC reality series.
But because South Africa turned out to be a dangerous place to live for Tiffany's young children, Tiffany decided to move back to the United States and attempt to relocate Ronald to America on a spousal visa.
Although the couple is still living apart, Tiffany and Ronald already overcame his gambling addiction and criminal record, so Tiffany has faith they'll be able to get through anything.
