Hannah Brown reacted to her "awkward" reunion with Peter Weber on Twitter as The Bachelor aired its premiere on the West Coast, and her comments suggest she was mortified by her emotional breakdown.

Hannah, 25, apparently had a difficult time watching The Bachelor's Season 24 premiere on Monday night, which forced her to relive the moments she had cried to Peter about their past and not being over him during the second group date of the season.

"So that was not a blast at all. It was truly the hardest day -- a day I was not looking forward to reliving," Hannah tweeted Monday night about the footage, which was filmed when Peter's The Bachelor season was filming in September while Hannah was competing on Dancing with the Stars.

Hannah's Twitter activity began when a follower apologized for having begged Hannah to wish her a happy birthday on September 24 -- since they share the same birthday -- because Hannah had clearly spent the day crying over Peter and her string of failed relationships.

The follower, however, still called Hannah her "queen."

"Thank you. Happy belated. I hope yours was better than mine or you at least had waterproof mascara," Hannah tweeted, joking about how she had mascara running down her face as she cried to Peter about her lingering feelings.

Another person tweeted Hannah should have retired from The Bachelor franchise after her "peak" moment on The Bachelorette's fifteenth season, which was when Hannah moved the rose podium past controversial bachelor Luke Parker to resume her Final 3 Rose Ceremony without him.

"It truly was my peak. It was all down hill from there," Hannah wrote in reply.

Hannah seemed more embarrassed about her behavior as the episode went on.

"Worst birthday. #thebachelor," Hannah tweeted alongside an image of herself with the word "EVER" written across it.

Hannah went on to write, "Spoiler alerts: This is going to be very freaking awkward. @BachelorABC."

And later, Hannah tweeted, "I just want to go hide under the windmill right now. #TheBachelor."

After Hannah expressed how watching the episode was "not a blast" and she was "not looking forward to reliving" that intense conversation with Peter again, Hannah thanked her fans who had been "so sweet and supportive" throughout the night.

Hannah was competing on Dancing with the Stars' 28th season with professional partner Alan Bersten when her The Bachelor reunion with Peter was filmed.

"Shoutout to @Dance10Alan for teaching me a rumba after this," she tweeted at the pro. "That we survived that week was truly a victory." (Hannah and Alan ultimately won the Dancing with the Stars season in November 2019.)

Hannah and Peter's emotional conversation left viewers with a lot of unanswered questions, mainly about the future of the former couple's relationship.

However, Hannah hinted -- or is at least leading fans to believe -- on Instagram she and Peter are just friends now.

"Find your co-pilot. It's your turn in the captain's seat Bud. Enjoy the ride! #thebachelor," Hannah captioned a silly video of the pair running around and pretending to be airplanes in flight.

Peter simply responded to Hannah's post, "Thanks Bama."

Hannah and Peter's discussion during the group date on The Bachelor was about their unresolved feelings for each other.

Peter admitted that when Hannah stepped out of a limo on Night 1 to return the wings he had given her on The Bachelorette, a part of him had been hoping the former beauty queen would compete for his heart against the other bachelorettes.

"I don't know Peter. I question what I should've done. I question a lot," Hannah said through her tears about her The Bachelorette decisions.

"There was still something when I saw you at [The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose]... I felt a lot more than I thought I was going to. I didn't think there would be that much spark. Because I knew there was still something there."

A confused Peter leaned into Hannah at one point and asked, "What would you -- this is so insane. What would you say if I asked you to come and be part of that house?"

"I mean, maybe," Hannah answered. "Oh my gosh."

Hannah also admitted she regretted sending Peter home in Crete in third place on her The Bachelorette season behind runner-up Tyler Cameron and winner Jed Wyatt.

Peter suggested Hannah asking Tyler out on After the Final Rose put the final nail into the coffin of their relationship, but Hannah insisted he was supposed to be in her Final 2 bachelors with Jed.

"I can't help how my heart feels. I look at her and I just don't want to stop looking at her and I want to just kiss her and just have had all this work out. And it didn't. And I know it didn't," Peter explained to cameras afterwards.

"I just feel like such a jerk because I have such awesome girls here expecting to meet someone that was truly ready to have this work for them as well. And -- I don't know."

Peter narrowed down his initial 30 bachelorettes to 22 ladies during the three-hour premiere event.

The Bachelor will continue to air on Monday nights at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
