90 Day Fiance star Emily Larina has fired back at critics suggesting her husband Sasha Larin is only using her for a Green Card.

Emily, who starred on 90 Day Fiance's seventh season with Sasha last year, got into a heated exchange will several of her Instagram followers after posting a photo with Sasha on February 28.

"Still perfect for me '16->'20. With all the scary stuff happening in the world, it makes me feel better when I focus on people I love @alexander.g.larin. #portland #emilyandsasha #90dayfiance," Emily captioned the picture.

One of Emily's followers wrote in the comments section Sasha will leave her as soon as he obtains a Green Card.

Emily stood her ground and wrote the following sarcastic reply, "Oh, yes, I'm sure he left his job at a high-end gym in Moscow, a major metropolitan city, and clients to come and live with me in Oregon because he just wants a green card."

"I'm sure he would stop doing what he loves for 6 months or longer because he is just all about that Green Card," she added.

Emily went on to insist Sasha's decision to move from Russia to America with her was not a selfish one.

"He made sacrifices and left the people he loves dearly not because he believes that together we can build a better life for them here, but because he's all about the GC. Was there something in your life that made you this way? Or, were you born ignorant?" Emily bashed the follower.

The same person then slammed Emily back by saying, "Why doesn't she delete me if she doesn't like my comment. Oh because she needs followers to try to stay relevant... I stated a fact. Look at Sasha track record. You assess a person by past behavior. We will all see after he gets a green card."

Emily then countered, "Why is it always old ladies who pull the look at his past behavior card. Were you perfect in your 20's? I sure as hell was not. I let you follow me so you can eat your words."

Another Instagram user took a shot at Sasha by saying, "I just couldn't fathom leaving my children behind to go to another country nor could I understand how someone else can."

Sasha left two children behind in Russia whom he had welcomed with his two ex-wives in order to start a life with Emily and their son David, who was born in a Russian hospital in November 2018, in the United States.

"I've discussed those reasons many times. Joint custody of children under 10 is extremely rare. You can google custody after divorce in Russia and confirm what I'm saying," Emily explained.

"He'll be seeing them the same amount of time because we plan on going back during long holidays. We decided to move to a place where we would have a better chance at providing my son and his brothers a better future."

A third person told Emily that regardless of the reason, Sasha leaving two kids behind in a different country is disgusting. The person also suggested Sasha's family situation is probably why TLC wanted them on 90 Day Fiance to begin with.

"I don't know why they chose us. I'm sure they thought out story would go in another direction. They really tried to make it look like that," Emily wrote back.

"At the end of the day, we moved to provide all of his family with more. We'll always come back, and they are always welcome."

The seventh season of 90 Day Fiance featured Emily, a then 29-year-old from Portland, OR, marrying Sasha, a then 32-year-old from Moscow, Russia, in a romantic and intimate beachside wedding in Portland.

Emily's Facebook page indicates she and Sasha started dating in Russia in June 2016, given the first photo of them looking like a couple on social media was posted on September 2016.

Emily held down a job in Russia after finishing college, and Sasha got her pregnant after the pair dated for about two years. The pair later got engaged on February 27, 2017, according to what she shared on Facebook.

About six months after Emily gave birth to David, 90 Day Fiance showed her family moving to the United States after Sasha's K-1 visa was approved.

"Where the wind blows... a man flies," Sasha's first wife Masha vented to 90 Day Fiance's producers during the season. "His family will not keep him. His children will not keep him... Men only think about themselves."

"I don't know if Sasha will leave Emily the way he left his first two wives," Masha said.

Emily was subsequently shown trying to secure a job and a place for her family to live while Sasha settled into life in a new country. Emily's sister Betsy, however, remained skeptical of Sasha's intentions and character.

"I think we'll see Sasha's true behavior once he actually gets the Green Card," Betsy said on the 90 Day Fiance Season 7 Tell-All special.

Sasha, however, continues to claim he loves Emily and this marriage will last.
