Jay, 21, was reportedly released from the ICE detention center at York County Prison in York, PA, on Wednesday, July 31, after spending nearly a month in detainment.

"I just hope he learned his lesson and respects any future woman he chooses to be with," Ashley told In Touch.

"His deportation hearing hasn't been announced but will be shortly. For now, he is out on bail on $4,500 which his boss paid. He just needs to keep his distance and him and I will be fine."

Jay's boss Daryl Bingaman -- who goes by the name "Ego" and is the owner of Ego Ink tattoo shop in Lemoyne, PA -- posted a photo of the check for $4,500 on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday.

The check was written out to the Department of Homeland Security and dated 7/31/19.

Daryl wrote across the picture of the check, "Bailing this Jamaican bull out."

Jay confirmed the news by posting a photo of himself flexing on Instagram later on Wednesday with the following caption: "IM OUT."

Both Jay's sister Poochie and "close friend" Kayla O'Brien -- who started a GoFundMe account for Jay to allegedly raise money for an immigration attorney -- both celebrated his freedom on social media.

But despite the "friend" label Kayla has used to describe herself, she and Jay appear to be much more than friends. Kayla essentially confirmed she and Jay are romantically involved when she posted a video on her Instagram account Wednesday of Jay's release.

In the video, a prison van is shown appearing to drive up and drop Jay off at a release point where Kayla and her friend were waiting to pick him up in a car, and then Kayla exits the vehicle and runs up to Jay, jumping into his arms, and straddling his waist.

"My f-cking baby. so happy, so grateful," Kayla captioned the post along with multiple heart emojis.

Ashley filed for divorce from Jay for the second time on April 23.

The divorce filing claims that Jay -- whose formal name is Conroy and is referred to as such in the filing -- committed adultery during the course of their 11-month marriage.

Jay admitted on the Tell-All special of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fourth season he had cheated on Ashley with two women, but rumors had swirled for months prior about his alleged numerous affairs and flings.

According to Ashley, Jay moved out of Ashley's Pennsylvania home in late May and was arrested by local police in early July for violating a protective order she had obtained against him.

Ashley claimed in an interview with Celebuzz last month that Jay's detainment was the result of a break-in and subsequent rant on social media.

Ashley alleged that Jay broke into her home while she was away on a highly-publicized vacation in late June.

Once Ashley returned home from her week-long cruise to the Bahamas, she reportedly called the police and was instructed to file a Protection From Abuse order, which she followed through with on July 1.

"Jay was served at 7:10PM on [July 1]," Ashley told Celebuzz, "and it specifically said in there 'you're not allowed to talk about this PFA or Ashley at all on any social media platform.'"

But Ashley said Jay did not act accordingly, as he "went on social media and made a post" about her and the PFA "the very next day."

Jay's post read, "Chill. The truth is going to hurt and the truth is going to make some people sick to their stomach. I give zero f-cks about a (PFA). The Truth is still going to come out," according to Celebuzz.

Jay also reportedly wrote on his Instagram Stories, "I realize I always waste my f-cking time trying to care about other people feeling and other people kids and other people f-cking privacy. And no matter what the cops always show up at my house for dumb f-cking reasons no more. And go f-ck yourself."

Ashley then notified the police, who issued an arrest warrant for Jay after they investigated his social media postings and determined he had violated the order.

The Upper Allen Township police previously confirmed in a statement Jay had been taken into custody without incident on July 3.

Jay was reportedly released without bail by the court, but since ICE also had an active warrant for Jay's arrest due to his immigration status, he was handed over to the federal agency, who subsequently transferred him to York County Prison in Pennsylvania.

According to Ashley, Jay's arrest on the PFA violation merely accelerated his detainment by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as they had allegedly already been planning to detain Jay on July 8 due to his outstanding warrant.

Ashley told Celebuzz that ICE had been looking for Jay since June 28 since he's been living in the United States illegally since she withdrew his adjustment of status paperwork earlier this year.

Jay's PFA violation hearing took place on July 17.

Public court records show that Jay was found guilty of Contempt For Violation of Order or Agreement, and he was paroled by the state court immediately but ordered to pay a fine and abide by the existing protection from abuse order.

However, since Jay was already being detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement pending his deportation hearing, he was instead returned to federal custody.
