Undercover Boss is uncovering a new season later this month on CBS.

CBS has announced the seventh season of Undercover Boss will premiere with a one-hour episode on Sunday, December 20 at 8:30PM ET/PT.

After two more broadcasts of Undercover Boss air on Sunday, December 27 from 8-9PM ET/PT and then Sunday, January 3 from 8:30-9:30PM, the series will switch to Friday nights.

Beginning on Friday, January 8 at 8PM ET/PT, Undercover Boss will air in this one-hour time slot every week until The Amazing Race debuts its 28th season on February 12.

Undercover Boss is a reality series that follows high-level executives as they slip anonymously into the lower-ranked jobs of their own companies or organizations. Each week, a different leader will sacrifice the comfort of his or her corner office to dive into unfamiliar positions that will help them understand the workings and the people behind their operations.
