Honey Boo Boo's mom June Shannon will apparently not be wearing sequins and leotards anytime soon.

TLC has denied a recent report from The New York Daily News claiming the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star is being considered as a contestant for Dancing with the Stars' upcoming sixteenth season on ABC, The Huffington Post reported.

A representative for the network told The Post that Shannon's potential participation is an "untrue rumor."

In addition to Shannon, The Daily News reported Dancing with the Stars producers are also looking to have reality TV stars Kourtney Kardashian and Emily Maynard and boxer Victor Ortiz join the cast.

The cast of Dancing with the Stars' next edition and their professional partners will be announced Tuesday, February 26 on Good Morning America.

The show premieres on Monday, March 18 at 8PM ET/PT.
