The Voice eliminated Stephanie Rice and determined the twelfth season's Top 10 artists during Tuesday night's live results broadcast on NBC.

Stephanie from Houston, TX, landed in the bottom two with Mark Isaiah from Mt. Pocono, PA, based on home viewer votes cast following Monday night's Top 11 performance show.

The results left Mark at the bottom of the pack two weeks in a row -- three weeks if The Voice viewers count his coach Adam Levine choosing to save him from the bottom three in the previous "The Live Playoffs" round. Last week, Mark squared off against Troy Ramey for one available spot in the Top 11, and Troy from coach Gwen Stefani's team was ultimately sent home.

After Stephanie and Mark both sang a survival song last night, America tweeted via the show's "Instant Save" format to keep Mark in the competition. Stephanie represented Alicia Keys' team in the live shows.

Stephanie kicked off the elimination format by singing "Issues" by Julia Michaels for her survival song.

Alicia gushed about how America got to watch her become her own woman on the show. Alicia said that Stephanie is a songwriter and exemplifies exactly what an artist is supposed to be. The coach was so proud of her team member and called Stephanie very "special."

Mark then followed that up with a performance of "7 Years" by Lukas Graham.

Adam insisted Mark is "a fighter," who smiles and shows grace and elegance when his back is repeatedly up against the wall. Adam said Mark has chosen all of his own songs on the show and tells his own story without getting rattled by these bottom-two finishes. The coach therefore urged America to vote for Mark, saying that he needs to stay and continue working on his craft.

Home viewers had a short five-minute window to vote for Stephanie or Mark to stay on The Voice via Twitter. At the end of the final commercial break, it was a 59% to 41% vote in Mark's favor.

"You've enabled me to be here, and I really can't express what you mean to me," Stephanie told Alicia. "No one can take away what you've given me."

In a last-ditch attempt to help their artists, Alicia gushed about how Stephanie "one thousand percent" showed America that she represents them, adding that her team member brought a positive energy to the show and already won.

Adam then expressed how home viewers choosing to save Mark would be like saving himself because it means so much to him to continue guiding and mentoring Mark since he has so much potential.

Adam noted that he wants to do his "best work" for Mark and the artist is just getting started in his music career.
