The couple has quietly listed their mansion in New Jersey for just under $4 million, TMZ reported.

Teresa and Joe are set to have a sentencing hearing October 2 in their fraud case during which they both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud as well as three counts of bankruptcy back in March. Joe reportedly faces up to 46 months in jail while Teresa is looking at about half that time.

The mansion, now selling for $3.99M, was bought by the Giudices in 2002 for $530K and then renovated to be about double its size, according to TMZ. The house was worth only $1.2 million just two years ago.

Teresa, who also appeared on The Celebrity Apprentice's fifth season, and Joe had pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal to resolve their 41-count federal fraud indictment.
