Another member of the rock 'n' roll Osbourne family has followed her mother and brother down the path of physical fitness.

Like her brother Jack, Kelly Osbourne, 20, followed up her stint in drug rehab with a weight loss regimen, the Mirror reported Monday. Osbourne has shed nearly 30 pounds and was described as looking "fit and well," a source told the Mirror.
"I live on my own so don't cook," Osbourne was quoted as saying. "If hungry, I eat chocolate. That's my only diet -- and I've lost weight."
