"Two-time Super Bowl MVP and sportscaster Terry Bradshaw!" The Masked Singer host Nick Cannon said when Bradshaw removed his costume's head after being eliminated from the singing competition.

Bradshaw had performed Florida Georgia Line's "Get Your Shine On" during his singing performance.

"[You won] many, many world titles, including being the MVP of the Super Bowl twice.  How does this compare?," Cannon remarked.

"You've been to a Super Bowl before, how does this compare?" Cannon asked Bradshaw, who currently serves as a studio commentator on Fox's NFL football coverage.

"This is so stressful.  I got to thank y'all for voting me off," Bradshaw replied. "It's been so much fun -- so much fun!"

"What is more difficult, playing football or doing this?" The Masked Singer panelist Jenny McCarthy asked Bradshaw.

"Oh, this by far!," Bradshaw said, drawing laughs from everyone.

The Masked Singer features 12 celebrities competing in a singing competition while wearing elaborate costumes that hide their identities.

Six costumed celebrities competed on each of The Masked Singer's first two episodes, with one being eliminated at each broadcast's conclusion.

Five of the ten remaining celebrities performed on Wednesday's broadcast of The Masked Singer's third episode wearing costumes dubbed Deer, Lion, Peacock, Unicorn, and Monster.

After the five performances, the studio audience and The Masked Singer panelists all voted for favorite performer, and the performer that received the fewest votes was eliminated from the competition and unmasked.

There was only a two percent difference between bottom two singers,"according to Cannon.

Given the clues he had revealed in his introduction video and movement during his performance, The Masked Singer panel had correctly suspected Deer was a retired NFL quarterback, with several panelists even specifically guessing Bradshaw was the mystery singer.

"Athlete, multiple world championships, doesn't like the Ravens," The Masked Singer Robin Thicke said before Bradshaw's unmasking.

"[But] I actually picked up a very last clue just now.  When I saw him laugh just right now, he laughed with his shoulders. And I watch Fox a lot with football, and I think Terry Bradshaw laughs the exact same way. Terry Bradshaw is my guess."

"Looking at the clues in the past, I think it's Terry Bradshaw," added Nicole Scherzinger.

"When I saw the Deer try and walk down the stairs, I was like, 'Those are the knees of a former NFL quarterback, so I'm going to guess what Nicole did -- Terry Bradshaw," guest panelist Joel McHale said.

However, two panelists incorrectly guessed that Deer was other retired NFL quarterbacks.

McCarthy guessed Deer was former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning based on Deer's comment that some of his world championships have involved horses (Bradshaw has been breeding and raising World Champion halter horses for over 25 years).

The Masked Singer panelist Ken Jeong also incorrectly assumed the horse clue meant Deer had played for an NFL team named after horses.

"It's not Terry Bradshaw," he said. "It is someone who played with a team with a horse on it, but it is not Peyton Manning  It is NFL Hall-of-Famer John Elway!"

The Masked Singer's fourth episode will air Wednesday, January 23 at 9PM ET/PT on Fox.
