The CW has revealed the identities of America's Next Top Model's fourteenth-season contestants and also confirmed that Vogue editor-at-large Andre Leon Talley will join the judging panel in place of former judge J. "Miss J" Alexander, who has moved to a mentor role.
Guest judges will include salon owner Sally Hershberger, runway fashion designer Rachel Roy, Wilhelmina Models president Sean Patterson, CoverGirl representative Dania Ramirez, supermodel Patricia Cleveland, Seventeen editor-in-chief Ann Shoket, The City star Whitney Port, 62 Models owner Sara Tetro, actress Sara McLeod and Top Model photo shoot director Jay Manuel.
Reports that Alexander -- who began serving as a regular Top Model judge during the show's Fall 2005 fifth season -- was being removed from the judging panel first surfaced in November. At the time, Talley was his reported replacement.
"After cycles of watching the girls not get it right, I thought they would benefit more from my 'high heels' and hands-on approach than my sitting in a chair judging their photos," said Alexander.
"And with Andre Leon Talley, this should be the best cycle yet."
The 13 contestants competing on America's Next Top Model's fourteenth season are vying for a Wilhelmina Models management deal, a $100,000 contract with cosmetics giant CoverGirl, and cover appearance and six-page fashion spread of Seventeen.
