The CW has revealed the identities of the nine women who will compete in Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll, a new reality competition series that will premiere on Tuesday, March 6 at 9PM ET/PT.
After a nationwide audition process last fall, the three judges narrowed the contestants down to the final group of nine young women who moved into a Los Angeles-based loft in the city's fashion district for the reality competition. The nine finalists range in age from 18 to 25, and all have backgrounds in singing, dancing, acting -- or all three.
The women who will compete on Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll are: - Anastacia, a 23-year-old make-up artist, choreographer, dancer and lyricist from San Francisco, CA who currently resides in West Hollywood, CA - Asia, an 18-year-old Knick City Dancer from Mt. Vernon, New York - Brittany, a 20-year-old night-club manager, singer, dancer and model from Chesapeake, VA who currently resides in Virginia Beach, VA - Chelsea, a 20-year-old waitress, singer and dancer from Cooper City, FL - Jaime, a 21-year-old production assistant, singe and dance from Philadelphia, PA who currently resides in New York City, NY - Mariela, a 24-year-old dancer from Coconut Grove, FL who currently resides in Miami, FL - Melissa R., an 18-year-old performer from Cypress, CA - Melissa S., a 24-year-old singer, dancer and actress from Auburn Hills, MI and Toronto, Canada who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA - Sisely, a 25-year-old singer, dancer, actress and dance instructor from Long Beach, CA who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA |
