The Bachelorette alum Hannah Brown has opened up about how she has been diagnosed with a double uterus and if she'd like to have children.

"I have a double uterus and I had never been told that until this," Hannah, 30, shared during the May 6 episode of Maria Menounos' "Heal Squad" podcast.

"I haven't done the exploratory surgery to kind of figure out exactly what's going on. There's been so much going on, that I said, 'I need to put that on a shelf. I don't need to be stressing about that right now.'"

A few years ago, a doctor had told Hannah that if she'd like to have children "somewhat soon," she didn't have to take "too extreme of precautions."

But the doctor apparently told Hannah that once she turned 30, she may want to start family planning and look into freezing her eggs.

"I'm like, 'Okay, I'm getting married this year. I will get right on that right after,'" Hannah, now 30, shared, referencing her engagement to model Adam Woolard.

Hannah and Adam got engaged in August 2023, and then they bought their "dream" house together in October 2024 in Nashville, TN.

Hannah and Adam have been planning their 2025 wedding ever since.

Once the pair say, "I do," Hannah said she's worried having a double uterus may "complicate" her ability to get pregnant and carry a baby.

Hannah noted the news of her double uterus "was definitely a shock" to her and there is "some risk" involved when the time comes that she's ready to have children.

"It look like they're attached in some way, it's just, like, almost split," Hannah explained.

"[My doctor] is going to have to figure out, 'Is one bigger than the other? Can it, like, hold a baby? Which one is better?' It's a whole thing."

But Hannah pointed out how "there have been cases of people having double uteruses and having babies and being perfectly fine."

Hannah said that while having a double uterus is "not a good thing to have," she's remaining optimistic about the future.

Hannah is also apparently glad that she has more knowledge now about what's going on inside of her body.

"To have the knowledge of, like, 'Hey, this is something that you're going to want to take care of when you're ready for that time and to not be surprised by it,' was really helpful," Hannah noted.

"And it took multiple doctors to even get to that."

But Hannah candidly shared that she's been going "back and forth" about whether she wants to be a mom one day.

"I definitely think I would love to have a child. I don't want to miss out on that experience," she said.

"But I haven't been quite ready yet, which I think makes sense. I want to get married first. I want to be able to do that. But, I've never been somebody who is just waiting, waiting, waiting for that to happen."

Hannah concluded, "But I do think I'm going to want to have that experience when it's time."

Hannah found fame when she competed on Colton Underwood's season of The Bachelor, and then she starred on The Bachelorette's fifteenth season, which ended with a marriage proposal.

Hannah called off her engagement to aspiring country singer Jed Wyatt by the time her After the Final Rose special aired in July 2019, and then she had a confusing and complicated friendship with her The Bachelorette runner-up Tyler Cameron.

Hannah also won Dancing with the Stars' 28th season with her pro partner Alan Bersten.
