ABC announced on After the Final Rose on Tuesday night, which wrapped up Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s season of The Bachelor, that Becca, a 27-year-old publicist from Minneapolis, MN, will star on The Bachelorette's upcoming season this spring.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it's my honor to introduce the new Bachelorette -- Becca!" The Bachelor franchise host Chris Harrison revealed during the two-hour broadcast.

Becca then joined Chris onstage wearing a shiny, gold metallic gown.

"This is crazy!" Becca said as the live audience roared with cheers and applause.

"You can tell this was not a popular vote," Chris joked with the beautiful yet humble woman.

"A lot of love for you. This was one of the easiest decisions we've ever made. Throughout the whole time the season was on, but especially over the last 24 hours, the outpouring of love and support for you and to see how you have moved on and you turned that corner, it was an easy choice for us."

Becca said it was "an easy choice" for herself as well once she "got past the initial heartbreak" of her relationship with Arie.

Arie proposed marriage to Becca during the final Rose Ceremony on The Bachelor's 22nd season that was filmed in Cusco, Peru, in November 2017.

After getting engaged, however, Arie realized that his heart truly belonged to his runner-up, Lauren Burnham, and so he blindsided and dumped Becca on-camera in January and then begged Lauren to take him back days later.

Lauren welcomed Arie back into her life with open arms, and then the couple got engaged during the After the Final Rose special.

"At the end of the day, this show is about finding love, and that's all I want to do! I have so much love to give, and so it was just a hard 'yes' all around," Becca explained of her decision to sign on.

"Well it means the world to me and to all of us that you trust us enough to give us your heart again," Chris told her, "and let me help you find the love of your life. I take that job very serious."

"I'm in good hands," Becca noted with a big smile. "I have some big shoes to fill, that's for sure, but I just want to be the best damn Bachelorette I can be. I'm so excited. I want to find love, I'm ready to meet some amazing guys, and I'm ready to do this!"

Becca hopes to meet the man of her dreams, and she said she's open "to all possibilities," even the idea of finding love at first sight.

Chris then surprised Becca by telling her that although she believed the show was going to start filming "in a little bit," he wanted to introduce her to some of the men that very night!

The After the Final Rose set was then transformed to resemble the courtyard outside of The Bachelor mansion in Los Angeles, CA.

Becca told Chris that she was looking for a man who is honest, loyal and can make her laugh. The 5'7" beauty would also appreciate having a tall man in her life so she can wear heels around him.

Becca was then introduced to several of her suitors: Lincoln, a very sweet and shy guy with a sexy accent; Chase, who boasts a big pearly-white smile; Ryan, a quirky banjo-playing bachelor; Darius, who came across smooth and suave; and Blake, who brought a horse into the studio and seemed cute and thoughtful.

"As the saying goes, 'When you fall off a horse, you've got to get back up again. So, Becca, I brought you this horse, and I want to be the man who is going to help you get back up again," Blake told the new Bachelorette.
