Chris Soules has pretty much given away that his The Bachelor season had a happy ending.

When asked whether he said "I love you" to anyone while filming the ABC reality dating competition's nineteenth season, Soules told reporters during a Thursday conference call, "Yeah, I did."

"I think I can say that. I did," The Bachelor star confirmed.

Soules apparently selected a final bachelorette although it remains undisclosed whether he proposed and what the status of their relationship is now.

"Honestly, I really am extremely happy and excited about the person that won -- if we want to call it that. I feel like their character is incredible," the 33-year-old farmer and businessman from Arlington, IA, explained in his interview.

Soules will watch his edition unfold on television beginning on Monday, January 5, but he said he has "no concerns" about how his final bachelorette will act on the show or be portrayed.

"I think I know them well enough that I really don't have any concerns," Soules noted.

"I get that it's a magnified situation and things happen and emotions happen and it gets a little crazy later on, especially in those later weeks when everyone is so emotionally invested. I remember where I was at and obviously there was a little bit of drama in our house, and a lot of it was probably because it was such an intense situation and they're all really putting themselves out there."

Therefore, Soules explained if there are some "reactions or instances when things didn't go great for her," he won't hold it against her nor would it probably change his opinion of her.

"I'm going to be probably pretty understanding," the Bachelor said. "Off the top of my head, I think I'm pretty open and understanding, and that kind of goes back to the fact that I've been through that and know. I've been through those emotions and I know how hard it really can be."

The Bachelor's nineteenth season concluded taping in late November. A record-breaking 30 women competed for "Prince Farming's" heart.
