The Bachelor star Ben Higgins has teased viewers about what they can anticipate next week.

Higgins wrote in his People blog that the week in Las Vegas was "hard" and "filled with hurdles," but that's nothing compared to what's ahead.

"[The bumps] showed me how these women and I could move forward even when facing adversity," Higgins said. "But not even that was enough to prepare me for what was about to happen in Mexico City next week."

In recent interviews, Higgins explained he learns a lot from watching The Bachelor back on TV. Due to the fact most of Higgins' interactions with the women were one-on-one, he was unaware of drama happening when the women were together.

"While in the past weeks I had been somewhat oblivious to the tensions in the house with the girls, in Mexico it all hit me right in the face. It was impossible not to realize how serious this was getting, and I'm still not sure I handled it all correctly to this day," Higgins wrote.

"Maybe you guys can help me figure that out when you watch next week. Trust me, the claws come out next week and I'm sure I didn't even see the half of it. So get ready Bachelor Nation, it's about to get wild in Mexico!"

According to ABC, Higgins will have a "heart-wrenching" confrontation with one "unhappy" bachelorette that will "change the course of [his] journey to find love." That bachelorette appears to be Jubilee Sharpe, who will decide to talk with Ben about her perception of their relationship and future together.

The women will also apparently decide to "take matters into their own hands and corner" Higgins over Olivia Caridi's behavior. The bachelorettes' complaints will force Higgins to have a faceoff with Caridi, whose aggressive tactics and outspoken personality rubbed mostly everyone the wrong way.
