The Bachelor rivals Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Hannah Brown have finally explained their feud in their own words.

Caelynn, 23, and Hannah B., 24, competed against each other once before vying for Colton Underwood's heart on The Bachelor, as they were roommates during the Miss USA pageant in 2018.

Tensions escalated and the women backstabbed each other during their quest for Colton's final rose, but after weeks of drama, the girls decided to hash things out and bury the hatchet in order to focus on their own separate relationships with the Bachelor.

"There was no big bombshell. It was just a lot of different incidents where we realized that we weren't the most compatible of friends," Caelynn, who held the title of Miss North Carolina 2018, told Us Weekly.

"We're just different people and that's totally fine, but there was no big incident... We were in the same pageant and we were hanging out a ton and there's little things. It's competitive and we handle things differently and that's okay."

Caelynn placed as the runner-up in the Miss USA competition last year, while Hannah didn't even make the Top 15.

Hannah was therefore initially depicted as a jealous gossip queen out for revenge on The Bachelor.

She was shown telling Colton that Caelynn is "fake" and full of lies. Hannah also used the word "hostile" when explaining what the Miss USA environment was like with Caelynn participating.

Afterward, Caelynn accused Hannah of "manipulation, deceitfulness and talking bad" about her. Caelynn also suggested Hannah handles a competitive atmosphere poorly.

"There were just little things that kind of added up. And we just have different values on things," Hannah, who served as Miss Alabama 2018, told Us of the ladies' falling out.

"I like to say that my friends fill my cup up and I fill their cup up in return and she didn't fill my cup up, and so I didn't want to be friends anymore. So that's how I feel."

The two women solved their problems during the January 31 episode of The Bachelor. While they didn't exactly become friends again, Caelynn and Hannah decided to be respectful and courteous of one another.

"It has been uncomfortable. We used to be good friends and then we had a tiff and I think it's okay for us to be a little upset. There is no getting around it," Hannah noted.

Caelynn, however, said she and Hannah attempted to "be supportive of one another and put the past in the past."

Back in January, multiple sources discussed the ladies' feud with New York magazine's Vulture entertainment news website and took Hannah's side. A former contestant who knew both Hannah and Caelynn called Caelynn "manipulative."

Colton eliminated Hannah during the February 18 episode of The Bachelor after she met his parents in Denver, CO, and admitted she was "falling in love with him."

Colton later sent Caelynn packing during the February 25 episode after he traveled to her hometown in Virginia to meet her family. Colton broke Caelynn's heart because she had professed she was "in love" with him shortly before getting dumped at the Rose Ceremony.

Colton now has three women still in the running for his heart: Hannah Godwin, Tayshia Adams, and Cassie Randolph.
