The Bachelor alum Tia Booth has fired back at trolls and mom-shamers as she's trying to navigate motherhood and being a first-time parent with her fiance Taylor Mock.

"STOP FREAKIN MOM SHAMING," Tia, 31, wrote over a picture of her son in big, bold letters Monday on Instagram Stories.

Tia gave birth to a baby boy, Tatum Booth Mock, on December 6, and she apparently hired help to take care of her son several days a week.

On Monday, Tia took to Instagram Stories and posted a screenshot of a direct-message exchange she had with one of her followers.

"Not trying to be mean, but having a child is taking responsibility and bonding with your baby in the middle of the night when they wake. Not hiring someone to do it for you so you can 'sleep,'" the person wrote.

Tia wrote in reply, "It's a luxury to have help a few nights a week. Thanks for your opinion."

Tia then addressed all of her followers, writing, "Got 3 more [messages] that weren't as friendly."

"It's a temporary service that helps us tremendously as first time parents," Tia explained. "I've learned so much from these nurses and will never look back and think, 'Damn I wish I would've been more sleep deprived on those nights we had help?!'"

Tia insisted she's "able to be a better mom during the day" when nurses are helping her with the crying, hungry baby at night.

"[During the day], I can THINK & know my baby was so loved on & taken care of the night before. I don't have family here. Neither does Taylor. This is our help a few nights a week!" Tia said.

Tia then wrote, "Reminder to keep this to myself from now on."

After Tia posted a photo of her son and asked people to stop mom shaming, she wrote, "MOMS, who have once been first time moms, will say 'do what's best for you and your family' then shame you & lose respect for you for needing help."

Tia continued, "We can only be praised when we're exhausted & doing it all alone?? It's insanity. OK I'm done. Nitenite."

This past weekend, Tia also gushed about how Taylor -- a California-raised construction and project manager who currently lives with Tia in Nashville -- has adjusted to fatherhood.

"I knew he'd be great at this, but I'm in awe of him with our son. I don't know what I'd do without you @tmock39 !!!" Tia wrote on Sunday.

When sharing Tatum's birth story on the one-month anniversary of his birth, Tia gushed on Instagram, "I'll never forget the moment I knew he was here and seeing him for the first time. I didn't even care that I saw a needle and thread down there (JK the epidural wore off and that was brutal) but Tatum is just our favorite person EVER and we don't know how we ever lived without him!"

Tia announced she was expecting her first child in June 2022. She then revealed one month later that she was pregnant with a baby boy.

Tia said she found out she was "four-and-a-half or five weeks" pregnant just nine days after Taylor proposed marriage and the couple got engaged in April 2022. Tia believes she and Taylor conceived their baby on March 26.

"I wasn't excited at first. I was freaking out," Tia confessed.

"I was like, 'You are kidding me?! I'm trying to plan the wedding of my dreams.' At this point, I was still trying to [get married] within six months -- getting it done this Fall. And I just could not believe it. At this point, I'm 30."

Tia said she and Taylor "weren't trying to get pregnant," but at the same time, they "weren't trying very hard not to get pregnant."

Tia recalled being "excited" once she got over the initial shock of her baby and arrived at the conclusion she and Taylor would not be able to have a 2022 wedding.

"I think that was kind of the bummer part," Tia said.

Tia and Taylor got engaged during a "Bachelor Live On Stage" performance in April in Atlanta, GA.

Tia shared her wedding will be in Nashville because it will be a great destination for her relatives from Arkansas and Taylor's family and friends from California to meet.

Taylor made a brief appearance on the "Click Bait" podcast after he popped the question and said of his "Bachelor Live On Stage" proposal, "I thought it would be cool to close Tia's chapter with The Bachelor franchise."

Tia said she had "never been more shocked" than in the moment when Taylor popped the question onstage.

"I did not expect it, not one freakin' little second," Tia noted.

Tia and Taylor were only together for nine months, officially, before they got engaged.

"But we've known each other [as friends] for over a year," Tia previously said after the engagement. "I know people are like, 'It's so fast,' but I'm 30! He's 26. At this point, we don't have to wait... And in Bachelor Nation, it's an eternity!"

Tia first announced she has a serious boyfriend in late October 2021 on Instagram.

Tia originally competed for Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s heart on The Bachelor's 22nd season and made it to hometown dates before he sent her packing.

She also appeared on Bachelor in Paradise twice, with her first appearance being on Season 5 in 2018 and her latest stint having taken place on Season 7 in 2021.

During her first Bachelor in Paradise appearance, Tia was memorably dumped by Colton Underwood, who subsequently when on to become The Bachelor's Season 23 star. (Three years later, Colton also publicly came out as gay.)

Tia sparked romances with Kenny Braasch, James Bonsall, Blake Monar, and Aaron Clancy during her second Bachelor in Paradise stint in 2021, but she chose to leave Mexico on her own towards the end of the process.

Tia seemed most interested in Blake, but he didn't put enough effort into their relationship, according to the bachelorette.

Tia revealed on Bachelor in Paradise that she had a history of dating men "who don't care" enough to woo her, and she's a person who believes actions speak louder than words.
