Sources told The Record that "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars have agreed to plead together, as a part of a "packaged deal," though they asked a judge to try them separately in January.
Reports differed on the terms of the agreement. According to The Record, Teresa would face up to two years in jail, while her husband, Joe, has to content with a three-year minimum.
InTouch reported, however, that Joe will serve a minimum five years while Teresa will only get up to five years probation.
Joe, 43, maintained back in January that Teresa had no knowledge of any alleged criminal activity.
The reality-TV couple faces 41 charges of bank fraud and loan application fraud.
