Face Off's fifth season will begin production this month and is scheduled to premiere this summer.

"Face Off continues to prove itself as a ratings hit, earning critical and viewer accolades alike, and we are proud to bring the series back for another stunning season," Syfy executive Mark Stern said in a statement.

The show's fourth season is currently airing Tuesday nights at 9PM ET/PT and four special-effects make-up artists are still in the running to win -- J. Anthony Kosar, a 26-year-old from Lisle, IL, who currently resides in Westmont, IL; Eric Fox, a 37-year-old from Georgia, who currently resides in Riverside, CA; Kristian Kobzina, a 41-year-old from El Segundo, CA; and Wayne Anderson, a 27-year-old from Fort Meyers, FL, who currently resides in Fullerton, CA.

Actress McKenzie Westmore currently serves as the host of Face Off. Renowned makeup artist Ve Neill, special effects artist Glenn Hetrick and makeup artist Neville Page are the show's judges, while Michael Westmore -- a world-renowned Hollywood makeup artist -- mentors the contestants.

The reality competition series' fourth-season finale will air on March 26 in its normal time slot and conclude with one of three finalists being crowned champion after they must each create waterproof looks for the show "Le Reve: The Dream" at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.

Face Off is produced by Mission Control Media with Michael Agbabian, Dwight D. Smith and Derek Atherton serving as executive producers.
