Ashley, a 22-year-old contemporary dancer from Antioch, CA and her partner Chris, a 21-year-old hip-hop dancer from Garland, TX were eliminated by So You Think You Can Dance judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy and guest judge Travis Wall after they found themselves in the week's bottom-three couples based on home viewer votes cast immediately following Wednesday night's performance show.

"Dance to me means everything. I feel like I'm married to it. I want to be remembered as the person who smiles all the time and that has a lot of fun. I want them to just remember me as me. I'd just like to say thank you to all of you and I love all of you. Thank you for letting me dance on this stage. I feel so honored and blessed, and I love all of you -- all of you," Ashley said after So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley announced her elimination.

"Dance to me is an expression of who I am. This whole journey has been a dream come true. I really hope that I've touched people's lives in a real way," Chris told Deeley following his ouster.

Jordan Casanova, an 18-year-old jazz dancer from Chino Hills, CA and her partner Tadd Gadduang, a 25-year-old hip-hop dancer from Salt Lake City, UT, along with Ricky Jaime, a 19-year-old contemporary dancer from Miami, FL who currently resides in Tampa, FL and his partner Ryan Ramirez, a 19-year-old contemporary dancer from Morgan Hill, CA who currently resides in North Hollywood, CA were the other two bottom-three vote-getting couples still in danger of elimination during Thursday night's broadcast, but they were saved by the So You Think You Can Dance judges.

So You Think You Can Dance's fifth eighth-season performance show will air on Wednesday, July 13 at 8PM ET/PT and feature the 12 remaining finalists performing for home viewer votes.

So You Think You Can Dance's next one-hour eighth-season live results show will then air on Thursday at 8PM ET/PT, featuring the elimination of one more male and one more female finalist.
