Sharna Burgess is reportedly romantically interested in a man who is not Bonner Bolton, her Season 24 Dancing with the Stars partner.

According to a source, Sharna is dating Pierson Fode, a model and actor who appears on CBS' The Bold and the Beautiful soap opera, E! News reported.

"Sharna and Pierson are together," the source told the website. "She just took him to that James Hinchcliffe race they both posted about on Instagram and were acting affectionate like a couple there."

Sharna was paired with Hinchcliffe, a professional race car driver, on last year's 23rd edition of Dancing with the Stars. Sharna and James appeared to become great friends on the show and finished in second place.

The pro ballroom dancer and choreographer was also reportedly spotted "at Pierson's birthday party last week," said the source. "He even visited her while she was on the road during the DWTS tour months ago."

Bonner fans may be disappointed to hear about Sharna's alleged romance because their chemistry on and off the stage is explosive. Sharna and the professional bull rider-turned-model would also made a really cute couple.

In light of the fact Bonner and the Australian beauty haven't done a great job of squashing dating rumors -- which sparked immediately when Dancing with the Stars viewers watched the pair meet each other for the first time at Bonner's ranch -- an insider told E! News that they "just play it up for the show."

After all, if fans believe Sharna and Bonner have the hots for one another, their storyline becomes popular and creates a lot of hype, which could in turn lead to more Dancing with the Stars votes.

Sharna recently told Us Weekly that a showmance is pretty much the last thing on her mind right now as Bonner advances on Dancing with the Stars week to week.

"There are real romances on the show, but probably to my detriment, I think I'm too much of a professional to ever cross the line to any of my partnerships being anything more than coach and student. At the end of the day, if you're meant to be together, it can still happen after the season!" Sharna teased.

"And although the 'are they or aren't they' is cute, I get it, I don't ever want that to distract from the great work Bonner is doing."

Bonner also previously confessed to E! News that his sparks with Sharna onstage are a result of "playing the character" and their "acting skills." After conveying passion through a Viennese waltz a couple of weeks back, Sharna told the website: "If people feel like maybe we were having a romantic relationship, then we did our job in our dance, right?"

When Sharna first met Bonner on his ranch, a producer pointed out the pro dancer was "blushing." Bonner later told Entertainment Tonight that when he looked out under the brim of his hat and saw the fiery redhead in her denim jeans and white crop top, she "took my breath away, man."
