E! has announced it's ordered What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, a new weekly reality series documenting the "unpredictable and offbeat" life of the Olympic gold medalist, and the series will premiere in April.

After winning two gold medals at the 2012 London Olympic Games this past summer, What Would Ryan Lochte Do will feature the athlete training, partying and designing his own line of sneakers. According to the network, 28-year-old Lochte "would do just about anything for love, for family, for his friends, and for the embodiment of his personal philosophy, which is summarized in his signature phrase, 'Jeah!'"

"Ryan Lochte captured everyone's attention at the Summer Olympics with his athletic prowess and his utterly unique and unaffected approach to life," E! Entertainment President Suzanne Kolb said in a statement. "He is an incredibly endearing personality who is sexy, entertaining and fun. Watching this show, I believe people will fall into three categories: they want to be him, sleep with him or mother him."

What Would Ryan Lochte Do? will follow the unfiltered Gainesville, FL native as he prepares for the Rio games in 2016, hits the local club scene frequently, looks for girls, wakes up early every morning for swim training with his coach Gregg Troy, and shows off his 150 pairs of sneakers and $250,000 watch.

The new six-episode series will also feature Lochte's mother Ike, who is transitioning from "swim mom" to "life coach," his older sisters Kristen Lochte-Keeler and Megan LochteTorrini, his young nephews, and his younger brother and best friend Devon, who is also his admiring roommate.

Reports that Lochte -- who had been labeled "America's sexiest douchebag" by bloggers -- was attempted to land his own reality show first surfaced in early August. He told reporters at the time he'd even be open to appearing on Dancing with the Stars.

What Would Ryan Lochte Do? is being produced by Intuitive Entertainment with Mechelle Collins, Erika Wright and Kevin Dill serving as executive producers.
