Dina Manzo is reportedly leaving The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and the tipping point was apparently an incident in which she felt offended by fellow housewife Danielle Staub.

A source confirmed to Zap2it on Thursday that Manzo is The Real Housewives of New Jersey star who -- according to a commercial Bravo ran after Monday night's episode -- is exiting the show and "leaving forever" on next week's episode.

Bravo is declining to confirm Manzo's departure.

"While there is a lot of speculation about who, if anyone, is leaving the cast - viewers will have to tune in on Monday night to find out the truth," the network said in a statement to Zap2it.

However the network has announced that Manzo will appear, along with The Real Housewives of New York City star Ramona Singer, on a special Monday night edition of Watch What Happens: Live immediately after The Real Housewives of New Jersey at 11PM ET/PT.

Last week's The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode featured Staub taking her ongoing feud with her fellow housewives to a new level by disrupting a fundraiser for a child striken with cancer at The Brownstone -- an event facility operated by Manzo's husband Tommy and his brother Albert, who is married to Caroline Manzo, Marzo's sister and fellow The Real Housewives of New Jersey star.

Staub arrived at the event with a large entourage of intimidiating men that included Hell's Angels members and one of them used a gay slur when referring to Christopher Manzo -- Caroline's son who also works at the family's establishment.  The incident struck close to Manzo's heart given she runs her own Project Ladybug charity for children with life-threatening diseases.

"For me, knowing how hard I work, for her to make a mockery of it was extra upsetting as a cast member, you know, to be part of the show, to see her do that," Dina told Zap2it.

"It was really the last straw for me."

Dina added she was under the impression that Bravo would not be filming the benefit event and only learned cameras were rolling when her husband called and angrily told her.

"The fact is it's real life. It's exactly what happened," Dina told Zap2it about the way the incident unfolded during the episode.

"And I myself was completely, a thousand percent against this being filmed, because I take this very, very seriously. I am so exhausted at the end of the day and I don't make a penny for Ladybug."

This week's The Real Housewives of New Jersey episode showed Dina discussing how she wanted to confront Staub about the incident.

"Cancer -- especially children with cancer -- is very dear to my heart. I cannot believe Danielle would even think of making a scene at The Brownstone. This is not about you Danielle; this is about a child with cancer," she said during the episode.

"She's done nothing but continue to hurt me and my family. At this point, it's my choice to remove anything that is negative -- and Danielle is nothing but negative."

The confrontation between Dina and Staub will play out during The Real Housewives of New Jersey's next episode on Monday, June 14 at 10PM ET/PT.
