A popular extreme sport and the heir apparent to Johnny Knoxville's Jackass crew are coming to MTV.

The network has ordered both Dudesons in America and MTV's Parkour Challenge, The Hollywood Reporter reported Wednesday.

Dudesons in America will follow four established Finnish stuntmen and pranksters as they come stateside to do "even stupider stunts and pranks" than back home in Europe, according to The Reporter, which added the series is being produced by Knoxville.

"The Dudesons have balls where there should be brains, and I am honored to be doing a show with them," Knoxville told The Reporter.

MTV's Parkour Challenge is based on a one-hour special that aired on the network last October and it will follow the popular overseas sport -- which combines a foot race with a vertical obstacle course -- and some of its athletes.

"There is so much competition for the eyes and attention of young guys these days that we really have to over-deliver and create can't miss, event television for them," MTV programming executive Tony DiSanto told The Reporter.

"These two shows feature physical stunts that are jaw-dropping and unprecedented. Parkour Challenge is a weekly live series event where incredible athletes propel themselves through the air and around obstacles using nothing but their bodies, intensity and sheer will. We are thrilled to bring this sport to American television.  Dudesons in America is just indescribable, trust me!"

While most reality viewers are probably not familiar with parkour, one of its better well-known American participants -- Michael "Frosti" Zernow -- competed on Survivor: China in Fall 2007 and was the ninth castaway eliminated.
