Melissa Gorga and her husband Joe Gorga's $3.5 million mansion is for sale.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and Joe listed their 9,100-square-foot mansion in Montville, NJ, for $3.5 million, People reported.

The six-bedroom home hit the market on Monday, October 16 and is represented by realtor Jason Failla.

"My family and I have so many amazing memories in this house; Joe and I built and designed it from the ground up," Melissa told People. "However, we decided it was time for a change and we're excited to see where life brings us next."

Melissa and Joe, both 38, reportedly bought the property for $950,000 in 2007.

The 16-room mansion boasts seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a recording studio, a Hampton-style pool, a movie theater, a two-story library, a gym, a hair salon, a wine boutique, and a custom lounge.

Melissa and Joe have moved back and forth between the Montville mansion and a rental home in Franklin Lakes during the past several years.

Three years ago, the couple was reportedly living in a Franklin Lakes rental property while building a new home in Franklin Lakes and leasing the Montville mansion to former tenant Kai Patterson. A legal battle sparked in 2014, however, because Kai allegedly refused to pay rent due to a property maintenance dispute.

Melissa and Joe sued the former tenant and attempted to get him evicted because he had allegedly withheld rent payments from April through July of that year. Kai reportedly argued at the time his behavior stemmed from the fact Joe had failed to make promised repairs to the house.

In September 2014, Kai announced he would move out of the mansion, after which the Gorgas returned to the Montville residence.

"As you can see we are back in our house in Montville and we couldn't be happier," Melissa wrote in her BravoTV.com in July 2016.

"It is our home! We have been in that house since Antonia was two-years-old and the boys were born there. We did build the house in Franklin Lakes and it is currently on the market for sale. It's a beauty!"

Melissa and Joe got married in 2004 and share three children -- Antonia, Gino and Joey.
