Lisa Vanderpump will be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, while Kathryn Edwards has announced she's leaving.

Despite previously expressing hesitation about her role on the series' upcoming seventh season, 55-year-old Vanderpump has confirmed she'll be back!

"Yep, never thought I would return, but after many discussions the pump is still in the game," Vanderpump tweeted Thursday, adding a dog emoji for her adorable Pomeranian Gigolo, a.k.a. Giggy. "Thank you to all of you."

Vanderpump, an original cast member, also decided to throw in her Season 5 tagline, "Throw me to the wolves, and I shall return leading the pack."

According to a source, Vanderpump's husband Ken Todd convinced her to stick around for another season, Us Weekly reported.

Meanwhile, Edwards, 51, told People she is done with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after only one season.

"I feel great. I walk away from it all with great feelings. I have no regrets at all," Edwards said. "It was definitely an adventure for me. I really am kind of a private person. It really just comes down to the time and what I value the most. I value those times with my husband and our friends. And I really didn't want to miss another year. It's nice to be able to live life."

Edwards apparently feels great about her exit, as she used her fame on the Bravo reality series to reach out to those with similar hearing impairments.

"I feel really good walking away that I was able to get to a lot of people as far as my hearing device," Edwards, who is deaf in her right ear, explained. "I still get messages on Facebook and Instagram from people who got the hearing device that I have and it's changed their life. That's been great. I love hearing those stories."

Edwards added that she's happy to be approachable and will always remain an "average Midwest person."

As for how Edwards' husband Donnie is handling her decision to depart the show, she told People, "He's happy to have his wife back! He was so supportive of me trying it out, but it definitely changed our lives last year. Not to say it wasn't great, but it was different! It will be nice to reconnect and get back to our lives."

Edwards reportedly hopes to stay in touch with her co-stars Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna and Yolanda Hadid, who had revealed on social media last month she also will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

After four years on the show, Hadid -- who recently changed her name after divorcing David Foster -- acknowledged that although her exit wasn't graceful, people can't always control how chapters in their lives end.

One thing is for sure though: Edwards will continue watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"I'm sure I will [tune in]!" she told the magazine. "I'm dying to see what's going to happen with Vanderpump and the crew next season!"
