Kylie Jenner says her first kiss played a role in her later lip injections.
"I was 15 and I was insecure about my lips," Jenner recalled in a therapy session. "I had really small lips."
"I took that really hard," she said of her crush's remark. "When a guy you like says that, I don't know, it just really affected me. I just didn't feel desirable or pretty. I really wanted bigger lips. I ended up getting my lips done."
Jenner admitted to having temporary lip fillers in a May 2015 episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" after initially skirting the issue by downplaying rumors and emphasizing her makeup techniques.
"It's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do," the star explained at the time."I'm just not ready to talk to reporters about my lips yet because everyone always picks us apart," she said.
"I want to admit to the lips, but people are so quick to judge me on everything."
She and sister Kendall Jenner also oversee their Kendall + Kylie fashion line, which was accused in August of appropriating Chola culture.
