Judge orders DNA samples from Howard K. Stern, baby Dannielynn

A judge in Nassau, Bahamas, Tuesday ordered DNA samples from Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannilynn, and Howard K. Stern for testing, it was reported.

Larry Birkhead, Smith's ex-lover, also will be tested, TMZ.com said Tuesday. Birkhead claims he is the father of Smith's 6-month-old daughter.
Also claiming to be the father is Stern, who is listed as the father on the child's Bahamian birth certificate.
Birkhead has filed paternity and custody suits in the Bahamas and in California. If he is found to be the father, the judge could rule quickly in the custody matter, TMZ.com said.
Smith died Feb. 8 in Florida of unknown causes.
