The couple rang in the occasion with their family on Friday following word Anna is pregnant and expecting their fifth child.

"Happy birthday to our fun-loving Marcus! You are a treasure! We love you, sweet boy!" Josh's parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, wrote on Instagram.

Jim Bob and Michelle followed up by sharing a slideshow of photos from the celebration. The pictures show Marcus smiling next to his birthday cake, posing with Josh and Anna, and showing off his gifts.

"Great time with family and friends celebrating Marcus' birthday!" the proud grandparents wrote.

Josh and Anna are also parents to 7-year-old Mackynzie, 5-year-old Michael and 22-month-old Meredith. The couple confirmed on the Duggar family website in March that they are expecting another baby boy.

"For nearly the last two years, we have quietly worked to save our marriage, focus on our children, and rebuild our lives together as a family," the pair said.

"As we continue our journey as a family and rebuild our lives, we are delighted to share with you that we are expecting a new baby boy later this year. Beauty comes from ashes and we cannot wait to see and kiss the face of this sweet new boy!" they added.

The Duggars came to fame on the TLC series "19 Kids & Counting," which was canceled in 2015 after it came to light that Josh sexually abused five girls, including sisters Jill and Jessa, as a teenager.

The family, minus Josh and Anna, now star on "Counting On."
