HOME > Dancing with the Stars 5Jennie Garth gushes about husband's 'Dancing with the Stars' supportJennie Garth was unsure what to expect from her husband, actor Peter Facinelli, when she signed-on as a Dancing with the Stars' fifth-season celebrity participant, but the former Beverly Hills 90210 actress has been pleasantly surprised.
Garth is paired with Derek Hough for Dancing with the Stars 5, and it is his first year serving as a professional partner on the ABC reality competition series.
She described Facinelli -- her husband of six years -- as a "great dancer," and added he's not afraid to let Hough know about it. "He's meeting with my partner on the side and giving him his opinions on the choreography," Garth told Us. "He goes out with us for dinner! He's definitely 100% right there for me." Garth and Facinelli have three daughters together -- 10-year-old Luca, 4-year-old Lola and 1-year-old Fiona -- and participating in Dancing with the Stars means she has to be away from them on a regular basis. Despite the difficulties of being away from home, Garth said Facinelli makes her feel missed. "Every time I'm feeling down, I call him, and he talks me through it," she told Us. "He also sends me little text messages... They're racy... But, you know, he's Italian!" |
