Teresa Giudice has opened up about how she's adapting to life at home with four daughters since her husband Joe Giudice began serving his prison sentence last month.

"We're a strong family and now they have their mommy and we're going to make it through. I'm with them all the time," she told Reality TV World on Saturday following an appearance and book signing event at Mohegan Sun casino to promote her new memoir Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again.

"I mean, right now, I came to work for a few hours but I'm going right back home [tonight]."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star completed her own year-long stint in prison in late December, and the couple's four children -- Gia, 15, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 6 -- are glad to have her back home.

"I'm with them all the time. My daughter had a soccer game last night, she had a soccer game this morning, and she has another one tomorrow morning," Teresa said. "So, I'm with them all the time. I mean, whenever I have to work, I work. But then I go right back home and be with my babies. They're my life; I live for them... They need their mommy."

Teresa's Turning the Tables memoir hit shelves on February 9 and contains some graphic details about her time in prison. However, the reality TV star said she wasn't hesitant to share the specifics of her experience behind bars and other personal details of her life.

"No [I wasn't]. I just wanted everybody to know -- everybody thinks they know me from watching [The Real Housewives], but that's just a part of me, and I just wanted everyone to get to know the real Teresa, like the Teresa from how I was raised, my background, everything about me," Teresa explained to Reality TV World.

"Then you can say you fully know the real Teresa. When you watch the show, it's just a part of me... [In the book], you can see how I was brought up, my values, my traditions, and then you get to know the real Teresa... Like how I met Joe and had my children. Everything... Everyone who has read the book said they loved it."

Despite Joe's absence, Teresa told fans attending the Mohegan Sun event -- which was part of the casino's long-running Reality Check event series -- that her family is "great" and her kids are "wonderful."

"[They] are doing great. Milania always has us laughing. Audriana is 6. Audriana and Milania right now are at Hershey Park with Joe's brother Pete and Shiela. My nieces have cheerleading competition, so they went to Hershey Park -- they've never been," Teresa said.

"I wish I could be there but I can't because I'm here with you guys! Otherwise, I would be in Hershey Park right now. And Gia's great... She's 15. Her body is, like, 'Oh my God!' I just want to lock her up in the house and not let her out... And my brother is doing good. He's doing really great."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's sixth edition wrapped back in November 2014 -- and although Bravo has yet to formally announce it, viewers apparently won't have to wait much longer for Season 7's premiere.

"I don't want to get in trouble," Teresa told her fans with a laugh, "but it'll [premiere] in the beginning of July. Don't say anything!"

"There's two new Housewives," she elaborated.

"I guess you guys heard, [Jacqueline Laurita], [Melissa Gorga] and myself are back. And the twins [Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea] are not on and [Amber Marchese] is not on. And [Dina Manzo], no... To tell you the truth, I don't like watching the show because I don't like watching myself on TV."

Teresa then gushed that Dina is busy because she has a new man in her life.

"But Dina found an amazing guy! Yes. I'm so happy for her. She lives in California and I'm sad about that, but I do, you know, she does come back and forth. His name is Dave and they're so cute and they're so happy. She finally found her true love and I'm so happy for her. Like, finally! Thank you God! She's really happy and I'm happy for her," Teresa said.

Bravo recently disclosed Season 7 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey will include Teresa looking to repair fractured relationships with her family and friends after her prison release, especially with brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa. The network teased they want to "permanently put the past behind them."

As for the status of her relationship right now with Melissa, Teresa insisted, "Everything is good."

The former The Celebrity Apprentice contestant continued, "You know what? She's my sister-in-law. Family is family. Listen, you're not always going to love what family says or does or whatever, but you always forgive. And she's married to my brother and I love them both. And I love my nieces and nephews. And that's it!"

Teresa is also in the process of becoming a certified yoga instructor, as she learned to love the fitness activity during her incarceration at the Danbury, CT facility.

"I can't live without it and it definitely changed my life. And it's something that I want to keep doing," Teresa noted, clarifying however, that her main priority remains her children.

"I'm definitely going to focus on the kids and spend a lot of time with my girls. I'm done filming now, so it's a little bit of a break. But I never stop working."

Given there's so much going on in Teresa's life, viewers have speculated she'd be a natural candidate for her own spinoff series similar to other The Real Housewives stars like NeNe Leakes, Bethenny Frankel and Caroline Manzo.

"Right now, I like being on Housewives," Teresa told Reality TV World of the possibility. "I don't know about having my own spinoff. We'll see. It's, you know, a lot of focus on your family and I don't know if my kids are ready for that."
