Danelle and Artem were sent packing as a result of online home-viewer votes from Monday night's episode as well as scores from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli over the last two nights of performance shows.

"Due to technical difficulties, last night's phone vote is unavailable," Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron announced at the end of the broadcast, "so we'll combine your online votes from last night with the judges' scores from last night and tonight."

The other couple in jeopardy of elimination prior to Danelle and Artem's exit was actor and country music singer John Schneider and partner Emma Slater; however, they were not necessarily the other bottom-two couple based on judges' scores and America votes.

Both Danelle and John and their respective dance partners landed in the bottom half of this week's combined judging leaderboard.

Tuesday night's episode was themed "Las Vegas Night," and each couple performed one additional routine.

Three celebrities tied for first place and topped the judges' two-night leaderboard with a total of 52 out of 60 possible points: Pop star Tinashe Kachingwe, actor and Fuller House star Juan Pablo Di Pace, and singer and dancer Milo Manheim.
