'Dancing with the Stars' Master P to stand trial for gun possession

Rapper Master P, who was a contestant on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars," has been ordered to stand trial in Los Angeles for felony gun possession.

The superstar, whose real name is Percy Miller, and his brother, Vyshonn "Silkk The Shocker" Miller, will be arraigned March 13 in Los Angeles Superior Court, TMZ.com reported.
The Miller brothers were in court Monday as UCLA officer Ethan Shear testified he drew his gun on them after he saw two weapons under the seat of their car. Campus police had stopped the Millers' vehicle because it did not have license plates.
Attorneys for the brothers sought to have the case dismissed, then asked that the charge be reduced to a misdemeanor, TMZ.com reported. Both motions were denied.
