Dancing with the Stars judges' leaderboard was topped by J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff during Monday night's broadcast of the thirteenth season's fifth performance show, which featured the Top 8 finalists dancing to songs from the 80's.

The Iraqi war veteran and All My Children soap star and his professional partner finished in first place on the leaderboard for the second time this season after they performed a samba which received 28 out of 30 possible points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

Fashion expert and former Queer Eye star Carson Kressley and partner Anna Trebunskaya finished at the bottom of the leaderboard in eighth place with 19 points after they danced a jive that wasn't nearly as well received by the judges.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians sibling Rob Kardashian and actor David Arquette finished tied for second place on the leaderboard with their partners after they each received 25 points from the judges. Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke danced a rumba routine, while Arquette and partner Kym Johnson performed a tango.

Fourth place also represented a tie between American women's soccer star Hope Solo and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy and former talk show host Ricki Lake and partner Derek Hough. Both couples received 24 points from the judges after Solo and Chmerkovskiy performed a tango and Lake and Hough danced a foxtrot.

Legal commentator Nancy Grace and partner Tristan MacManus finished in sixth place on the judges' leaderboard after they danced a rumba which earned them 22 points.

Transgender advocate Chaz Bono and partner Lacey Schwimmer finished one point behind them on the leaderboard with 21 points after they performed a samba routine. 

The judges' scoring and home viewer votes that were cast after Monday night's performances will now be combined and one of the eight celebrity and professional pairings will be eliminated on Dancing with the Stars' fifth thirteenth-season results show tonight at 9PM ET/PT.
