Celebrity Big Brother host Julie Chen Moonves has revealed there's already tension in the house amongst the celebrities and some of them don't know what they signed up for.

"You're going to see a mix of people this season who have no idea what they're in for. They are used to being celebrities in their own field... and then suddenly, you're going to be moving into a house with people you've never met before," Julie told Us Weekly in an interview ahead of the premiere.
Although some of the celebrities already "kind of knew each other," Julie noted they're from different worlds where they were the winner or the guy or girl.
"You have to coexist in the Big Brother house where only one person can win $250,000. It's going to be, yes, some fun of games... But I don't even know what to expect because some of these celebrities are Super Fans of the show, and that could hurt them or that could help them," Julie explained.
"And some of the celebrities, like I don't think Lamar Odom really knows what he has signed up for in the Big Brother house and this competition."
Julie also added, "And I don't think Chris Kattan from SNL quite knows what he has said 'yes' to. Once they say 'yes,' you check it out a little bit, but if you've watched almost every season like Todrick Hall, you know what to expect."
Julie also pointed out how Shanna Moakler is a Super Fan and "knows a thing or two about reality shows and how they work" since she had starred on Meet the Barkers with her ex-husband Travis Barker, who is now engaged to Kourtney Kardashian.

On whether there have been any arguments thus far or the cast is still good with each other, Julie revealed, "Oh, we're not good. We're not good. We're not good at all. This is a game."
"The celebrities have been in there for a week, so I think the game has been brewing for so many days. And if you know the game, things can change on a dime," Julie teased.
"So I will just say this: We had to establish a Head of Household on premiere night and that person's been Head of Household and had power for a long time in the house, and intentions and deals can change in this house in a minute."

"And in terms of having to share a house and one bathroom with 10 other celebrities, not everyone's gonna love their roommate. I'll just leave it at that," Julie noted.
Julie reiterated how what's "surprising" her this season is how some of the players were "not prepared for Big Brother at all, even though they were familiar with the game or not that familiar."
Julie explained that it's like "trial by fire" for some of the houseguests, who never should have expected the producers would make winning $250,000 easy on them.
"It is Big Brother, and it's a lot of money, and we've got to make the show good!" Julie told Us.
"So it has surprised me a little bit that even these celebrities, who have traveled the world and seen a lot, they were like, 'I've never seen this!'"

Julie, however, said she never anticipated the cast would think the game is all fun and great and wonderful.

She added, "I think for certain personalities it's like, 'If I win, I win. I'm just here for a couple of laughs and maybe, you know, make a headline or two. And who knows what waits for me on the other side of the door when it's over.'"
Julie also teased viewers can "expect more headlines," especially when Lamar talks about his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian with Shanna.
"I think because Shanna Moakler has made it known that -- she agreed to do this as a Super Fan -- she wouldn't be thrilled if suddenly someone in the Kardashian clan also was going to be her roommate because the father of her two kids, [Travis], is engaged to Kourtney Kardashian," Julie shared.
"So I think there's gotta be some conversation -- a few conversations, maybe more than a few -- that take place between maybe Lamar sharing notes, exchanging notes, with Shanna on what life was like and into that whole world that the outside world is still fascinated by."
Julie concluded, "Some headlines could be a good thing, some headlines could be a bad thing. Who knows!"
The other female celebrity houseguests competing this season are model and former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey, actress and former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp, Olympic medalist Mirai Nagasu, and former UFC champion Miesha Tate.
Also joining the male houseguests mentioned above are designer and former Queer Eye star Carson Kressley and actor Todd Bridges.

Following the premiere, Celebrity Big Brother 3 will air on multiple nights each week throughout February, with the finale airing on Wednesday, February 23.
Celebrity Big Brother follows a group of celebrities living together in a house outfitted with over 90 HD cameras and over 100 microphones, recording their every move 24 hours a day. The celebrities will have no contact with the outside world.
Julie told Us there will be two evictions every week, making this the "fastest season" ever.
