Camille Grammer met her soon-to-be ex-husband's fiancee Kayte Walsh for the first time on Thursday and said "it was uncomfortable."

"Of course it was uncomfortable, and [Kelsey Grammer] looked shocked," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star said during a Thursday night appearance on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live, adding, "It's the first time I've seen him and her together and with my children."

Grammer said she hadn't seen Kelsey in awhile and was dropping off their two children -- five-year-old Jude and eight-year-old Mason -- with him when she had her awkward initial meeting with Walsh.

"It was interesting to say the least," Grammer said.

"She was nice and we both said hello -- she has a very strong handshake -- I was delivering the kids to [Kelsey Grammer], and he texted me and said, 'Kayte and I will be there.' And my girlfriend Deidre, who's on the show with me, said 'We have to go down and meet her.'"

Grammer filed for divorce from Kelsey on July 1 -- about three weeks after Thursday night's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills broadcast showed her explaining that the 55-year-old actor had contacted her and told her he wanted to end their marriage.  He is now engaged to Walsh, a 29-year-old British flight attendant who suffered a miscarriage this fall.

According to the 42-year-old Grammer, she filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, after she discovered Kelsey had begun an affair with Walsh while he was living in New York and starring in Broadway play while she remained living in Beverly Hills with their two children.

Last month, the Hollywood actor asked the judge handling the couple's divorce case to bifurcate the matter and grant a divorce decree before a division of the couple's marital assets is determined.

However, Grammer, who was Kelsey's third wife, recently asked the judge to deny the request -- which would postpone when Kelsey, who has said he is looking to wed his new fiancee next month, and Walsh can legally wed.
