Million Dollar Listing's first season, which premiered in August 2006, followed real estate agents based in Hollywood and Malibu, CA while the series' second installment will focus on agents in Beverly Hills.  Viewers will be introduced to Josh and Chad, rival real estate agents who live lavish lifestyles while dealing in the "high-stakes world of elite realty."

Each episode of Million Dollar Listing tracks two deals and gives viewers a look at the interaction between the agents, homeowners and potential buyers, with Chad and Josh working the same beat and proving they'll do anything to get the job done.

The premiere of Million Dollar Listing's second season has yet to be determined.  The series is produced by World of Wonder, with Randy Barbato and Fenton Bailey serving as executive producers.
