Bravo to premiere the fourth season of 'Flipping Out' on August 10

Bravo has announced the fourth season of Flipping Out will premiere Tuesday, August 10 at 9PM ET/PT.

Flipping Out will continue to follow obsessive-compulsive house-flipper Jeff Lewis and his staff as they continue to ride out the collapse of the real-estate market by focusing more on his design business, Jeff Lewis Design.

The new season will also see assistant Jenni Pulos being promoted to Chief Operations Officer and Lewis' sister-in-law Sara Berkman and former intern Trace Lenhoff also join his staff as full-time employees.

In addition, feisty housekeeper Zoila Chavez and "house assistant" Jett Pink will also return for Flipping Out's fourth season -- which will feature Lewis traveling to New York for a high-profile job for House Beautiful, an interior decorating magazine that hired him to design its "2010 Kitchen of the Year."

Bravo renewed Flipping Out for a fourth season in January after last summer's third season averaged 1.27 million total viewers.

Flipping Out is produced by Authentic Entertainment.
