Flipping Out's fifth season will continue to follow obsessive-compulsive former house-flipper Jeff Lewis and his staff as they continue growing Lewis' new design business, Jeff Lewis Design, following the collapse of the real-estate market.

Flipping Out's entire fourth-season crew will return for the new season -- including Lewis' executive assistant Jenni Pulos, his housekeeper Zoila Chavez, his assistant and sister-in-law Sarah Berkman, his house assistant Jett Pink, and his former intern turned full-time designer Trace Lehnhoff.

In addition, the fifth season of Flipping Out will feature a new cast member as Lewis will introduce his boyfriend Gage Edward -- who is the head of Lewis' new business development team and hopes to transform the small design firm into a larger brand -- and open up more about his personal life.

Lewis will also undertake several personal tasks during the new season, such as planning for Chavez to get a facelift and organizing a bachelorette party in Las Vegas for Berkman. However, he will also struggle with the realization that while some of his employees are fun to hang around with, they may not be the best employees -- ultimately leading to the possibility of someone losing his or her job.

Bravo renewed Flipping Out for another season in January after last summer's fourth edition of the show was its highest-rated installment ever, averaging 1.49 million total viewers.

Flipping Out is produced by Authentic Entertainment with Lauren Lexton, Tom Rogan and Andrew Hoegl serving as executive producers.
