Big Brother houseguest Victor Arroyo was crowned the new Head of Household and then he nominated Michelle Meyer and Zakiyah Everette for eviction during Sunday night's broadcast on CBS.

The Big Brother broadcast picked up right where Thursday night's episode had left off, with all of the houseguests -- except for Paul Abrahamian -- competing in the HoH competition in which they had to hold onto a rope for as long as possible while suspended and spun high in the air.

Paulie Calafiore noted to the cameras that anyone could win the competition other than Zakiyah, Michelle and Bridgette Dunning, because the girls were his alliance's next few targets in the game. (Paulie had previously formed a new "Executives" alliance with Paul, Corey Brooks, Victor and James Huling.)

Zakiyah suspected Paulie had thrown the HoH competition so the guys could go after her but Paulie wouldn't be held responsible.

Natalie Negrotti and Victor were the last two players standing in the competition, but Natalie could barely hang on any longer. Before Natalie dropped at one hour and 49 minutes, she begged Victor to make a deal with her and keep her safe. Victor agreed, although Natalie didn't necessarily believe him.

Meanwhile, Zakiyah and Michelle were feeling really betrayed by everyone else in the house. Zakiyah didn't understand why Paulie lied to her and blindsided her with Da.Vonne Rogers' eviction, while Michelle was upset Nicole Franzel kept her out of the loop.

Nicole apologized to Michelle, saying her decision to vote out Da'Vonne was strictly a game move and it wasn't malicious. Nicole said she'd never do anything detrimental to Michelle's game because she truly loved and respected her.

After surviving the last eviction under Paul's HoH reign, Bridgette felt she could potentially work with him going forward. At the very minimum, she felt the need to repay him.

Paul then told Victor that Zakiyah had to go next, and if she managed to come down off the chopping block for any reason, Bridgette should be her replacement nominee. Paulie was onboard with the vote, saying Zakiyah was emotional and could blow up at any point. He called her "a liability."

Victor listened to suggestions, however, he planned to do whatever was best for his own game.

Victor then talked to his "bros" Paul and Paulie about how they were a powerful trio in the house. They called themselves "The Board" based on how they made the major decisions for the "Executives" alliance, but ultimately Paul and Paulie -- "P and P" -- thought they were running the show as a dynamic duo.

Meanwhile, Michelle was crying all the time, and Paulie wondered if she should go home before Zakiyah since she was such a "loose cannon." Paulie, who decided to rally votes in Zakiyah's favor, explained to James that Zakiyah would never go after him or Corey.

The next "America's Care Package" then arrived via parachute in the backyard. Big Brother fans opted to send the package to James, who was forced to open the box in front of everyone.

In addition to receiving underwear and sunglasses, James earned the power to eliminate two eviction votes at the next live eviction. He'll be able to strip two houseguests of their ability to vote.

At the Nomination Ceremony, Victor announced he had decided to nominate Zakiyah and Michelle for eviction, which wasn't a surprise to anybody.

Victor explained he put Zakiyah on the block "for strategy reasons" and because she never showed him any attention or affection. Victor also nominated Michelle because she had been "rude and mean" and "pissed people off." Michelle bawled at the table and everyone appeared shocked by how blunt Victor had been.
